The Solis 125kW hybrid inverter is a high-voltage, three-phase solution designed for commercial and industrial solar-plus-storage systems. It enables both grid‑tie and energy storage operations, making it ideal for applications like peak shaving, self-consumption, backup power, and microgrid integration.

The 125 kWh high-voltage lithium battery pack (409.6V, 314Ah) is manufactured through a precise, multi-step process to ensure high safety, energy density, and long cycle life:
Cell Production:
High-quality lithium iron phosphate (LFP) or NMC cells (typically prismatic) are produced via electrode coating, drying, calendaring, stacking/winding, electrolyte filling, and cell formation.
Cell Matching & Grouping:
Cells are tested, sorted, and matched by voltage, capacity, and internal resistance to ensure consistency within each module.
Module Assembly:
Cells are assembled into battery modules with mechanical supports, busbars, thermal pads, and voltage/current sensors. Each module is equipped with a local BMS.
Pack Integration:
Modules are connected in series to reach the system voltage (409.6V). The battery pack is integrated with a master BMS, HV relay, fuse, current sensor, pre-charge circuit, and thermal management system.
Enclosure & Safety:
The battery pack is enclosed in a fire-resistant, IP-rated cabinet or container, with built-in temperature sensors and overvoltage/overcurrent protection.
